FixDash ("we", "us") provides shop management software for auto repair shops and body shops. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

Account information (name, email, shop details), work order and customer records you create in the app, and technical logs required to operate the service securely.

How we use it

To operate the app, deliver features you request, process payments, provide support, and secure the service. We do not sell your data.

Security

Data is stored in an encrypted database with row-level security so each shop only sees its own records. All connections use HTTPS.
